Epsilon was founded in 2012 by Mr. Howie Low, a US-Graduate Mechanical Engineer from Malaysia & Mr. Zhang Qiang, an Operation Manager with over 20 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing & precision machining industry.
After seeing the frustration and challenges customers face when dealing with offshore suppliers, Howie & Zhang decided that they could start up their own shop that could help customers to overcome all the obstacles, ranging from quality control issues to cultural and linguistic barriers.
